1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to fees paid for SST Global programs and services listed on our website or confirmed invoices, including language programs, career readiness, future skills bootcamps, FDPs, corporate packages, and consulting retainers where refunds are contractually applicable.

2. Refund Timelines

Full refund (100%): Request received at least 7 full days before the published program start date.
Partial refund (50%): Request received between 3 and 6 days before the program start date.
No refund: Requests received fewer than 3 days before start, or after the program has commenced.
Workshop / short programs (1–3 days): Full refund if cancelled at least 5 days before start; otherwise non-refundable.

3. Program Cancellation by SST Global

If SST Global cancels or significantly reschedules a program and you choose not to transfer to an alternate batch/date, you will receive a 100% refund of fees paid for that program.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Completed sessions or consumed mentoring hours
Custom institutional consulting already delivered
Third-party exam/certification fees collected on your behalf (if any), unless the third party refunds us
Payment gateway charges where non-recoverable and cancellation is learner-initiated within the no-refund window

5. How to Request a Refund

Email info.sstglobal@gmail.com with:

Full name and registered email/phone
Program name
Payment / transaction reference
Reason for refund request

We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and communicate approval/decline within 5 business days.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days of approval. Funds typically reflect in the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or UPI provider. Refunds are issued under the name SST Global.
